Through a comprehensive program of activities we aim to:

• Make Griffith University a more enjoyable and inclusive place to study
• Facilitate meaningful interaction and lasting connections between students from all over the world
• Increase the opportunities for students from a non-English speaking background to improve their English through social interaction with native speakers
• Challenge tendencies towards inter-cultural indifference and exclusion
• Highlight that Griffith's cultural diversity can enrich the university experience for all students
• Provide opportunities for Griffith students to become more invested in the local communities of South-East Queensland

By offering Work Integrated Learning Placements and Leadership Positions we aim to:

• Simulate real-world working environments
• Create a challenging yet supportive environment in which students are driven to realise their potential
• Equip students with the skills and experience required to give them the edge in a competitive workplace
• Allow students to contribute to our goal of making Griffith University a more enjoyable and inclusive place to study
