DEP Preparation

DEP Preparation is an introduction to the university teaching and learning format with dual focus on both English language acquisition and academic skills development. It is designed to introduce the skills and tasks that will be more fully developed in the Direct Entry Program (DEP). Students who successfully complete DEP Preparation may continue on to Direct Entry Program (DEP).

Please Note: 

  •  Eligible students can take the Password test:
     ◊   Upon arrival on the Thursday morning of orientation, immediately prior to the commencement       of DEP Preparation OR
     ◊   If they are in General English Level 5 or English for Academic Purposes Level 1 (or higher),           immediately prior to the commencement of DEP Preparation.
