All IELTS applications and material purchases must be made in person at our test centre and we do not accept applications/orders by mail, internet or phone.
Any changes to your processed application must be made in person (with your passport and receipt) or by email (from the email account used on your application form) including your full name and test date.
Office Hours
Office hours are 9am – 12 noon and 1pm – 4pm Monday to Friday.
Please note our office is closed from 12 noon – 1pm daily.
